Terms of use
Last updated
These terms cover your use of Yenza'iCV: what you may do with it, what it costs, and what happens to the CVs you write here.
Pending legal review
Your account
You need an account to build and keep CVs. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. If you believe somebody else has access to yours, change your password and sign out everywhere from the account screen.
Your CV is yours
The CV you write belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not publish it anywhere.
We store it so that you can come back to it, and so that a download you have paid for can be repeated. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
What it costs
Building, editing and reviewing a CV is free. A download costs R45, paid once.
A payment covers one download. The same CV can be downloaded again for seven days afterwards at no extra cost; a later download is a new payment.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayFast. Your card details are given to PayFast and never reach this site, so we cannot see or store them.
A download is only unlocked once PayFast tells the server that the payment succeeded. If you believe you were charged for a download you did not receive, contact support with the order number and we will refund it.
Acceptable use
Do not use this service to write something untrue about yourself, to impersonate another person, or to break the law.
Do not attempt to reach other people’s accounts or data, and do not use the service in a way that damages it for everybody else.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will never be unavailable, and a feature may change as the product develops.
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, the new version will be dated on this page.
Getting in touch
